SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA
All orders over $80 within Australia receive FREE Standard shipping.
All orders under $80 within Australia will be charged a $10 Standard shipping fee.

All orders are sent with Authority To Leave (in a safe place) as default. Please let us know if you do not want this option and prefer to sign for the parcel.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
We currently ship to the United States or New Zealand only. US customers also have the option to purchase via Amazon US.
Shipping for International orders to New Zealand will be charged a flat rate of $17.50.
Shipping for International orders to US will be charged a flat rate of $22.50.

TRACKING
All orders are sent with tracking. A dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent to the email used for the order when it has been dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
All orders can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size if it is within 30 days of the date of purchase. The product must be in new and unused condition with the tags still on and placed in its original packaging. The cost to return the product is at the customer's expense.

WARRANTY
Any product purchased from our online store comes with 6 months warranty. Please send us a message via the Contact Us page detailing the issue and we will provide further instructions. We will require proof of purchase to validate the order date and order number. If the product is required to be returned to us for further review, the postage cost is at the expense of the customer.

Where the issue is determined to be caused by normal wear and tear, or failure to exercise appropriate care for the product, it will not be covered by our warranty.

PRODUCT CARE
Where possible we recommend to wash by hand, or else place gaiters in a zipped laundry bag and wash using a cold/warm gentle cycle in a washing machine. Use a low spin cycle or line dry in the shade.
Please do NOT tumble dry, iron or dry clean any of our products.
